4. Mr. Leong bought a painting and then sold
it Mr. Wei at a profit of 15%. Then, Mr. Wei sold the painting to Mr. Chua with a 10%
discount. Mr. Chua then sold the painting to Mr. Gan at a loss of 5%. Given that the Mr.
Ng brought the painting at $y, find out the price at which Mr. Gan bought it in terms of
y. After that, find out whether Mr. Gan bought it at a higher or lower price than Mr.
